Timeframe: 2 months.
Role : Lead UX Designer / Motion Designer
Process
Following the double diamond analogy, we had the chance to start from the problem discovery and definition and to go all the way to the solution.

We followed a process similar to this one.

Problem discovery and definition :

In order to create a raffle game that would both satisfy the store's customers and fulfill the corporate goals, we started the project with a few interviews and observations. We Observed how the competition gamifies their apps, how customer interact with real life raffles. We also intervewed cashiers, and stake holders in order to further understand the different goals and pitfall we need to be aware of.

Solution developpement and delivery :
In order to create an optimal experience for our customers and fulfill our business goals we set up a few workshops. We went from ideation workshop all the way to validation workshop and testing with our stakeholders.
Ideation :
As a result to this process we decided to create a precise style with lots of animations to make the application more lively and more human. We figured, the application lacks humanity and fun so that's what we settled to do all the while trying to encorage people to go more in store, through the game's mechanics.
After that, my coworker handled most of the UI Design and I created lottie animations that could be used with user interactions.
Representation of what a client would interact with and how it would work.
